SKYLINE has returned to in-person shopping.
JULY 28, 2021
Our hours have changed as of July 6, 2021. Please review our new hours prior to visiting.
Patrons arriving by car will be expected to park their cars and get in line to shop the Food Resource Center. Parking is first come, first served. Walk-up patrons may join the line upon arrival.
Please note:
Seating inside our lobby is limited. If no chairs are available inside, patrons will be required to stand or sit on provided benches outside until a space opens up.
We prefer only children under 12 in the store. Parents are required to keep an eye on their children. If a child is acting up or misbehaving in the lobby or the store, parents will be asked to leave.
Due to recent CDC Guideline changes, we ask that all patrons and volunteers wear a mask while in the building.
Patrons who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, should avoid visiting the FRC until they feel better.
Only 1 adult per household allowed in store. Patrons are encouraged to maintain a distance of 6 feet between themselves and others.
RETURING PATRONS MUST BRING:
A form of Photo ID
Return date card issued by Skyline with case number on the back
The return card is a reminder for the next time patrons are eligible to receive assistance. Patrons may receive assistance every 30 days. A new card is issued on each visit.
FIRST TIME PATRONS MUST BRING:
A form of Photo ID
A recent utility bill or copy of the lease with the household’s current address/mortgage paperwork
In the case of homelessness patrons can notify the person doing intake of the current situation.
One form of ID for each member of the household. This can include social security cards, birth certificates, school IDs, insurance cards, etc.
